The Fault In Our Stars

The Fault in Our Stars is a story about 16 years old girl who has a bad cancer. Author is John Green and year of publication is 2012. Just a little bit later in July 2014 released also a movie. Main character is called Hazel Grace Lancaster. She is introverted and philosophic. She have had cancer from she was 13 years old. She prefers to stay home than to go somewhere. Then her parents want her to go peer support group where she could meet other teenagers in the same situation. Hazel don´t want to go but for her parents she finally does that. There she meets a boy, Isaac who becomes a good friend for Hazel. One day when Hazel goes to the group meeting there is a really handsome guy with Isaac. That boy asks Hazel to watch a movie with him. He´s name is Augustus Waters and he is really nice, handsome and he has a keen sense of humour. Hazel and Augustus soon notice that they have lots of things in common and as everyone can guess they soon fall in love.

I think the book is very well-written. Usually when I start reading some book I have no interests to continue. But this was different, it was interesting from the very first page and it just kept me reading. The story is really sad but it wouldn´t never became as huge sensation as it is without that thing they had a cancer witch made it different and more interesting in compared to other same kind of books for example other love stories. The language is mostly easy to understand. Maybe because it is written in this decade.

Athmosphere was mostly more positive than I thougt before. The teenagers still had their sense of humouf left allthought they were dying. If I have to choose my favourite parts are absolutely those funny little parts. The store evoked lot of different feelings. It maybe was the purpose. I really cried but for balance I also laughed a lot. I recommend it for everyone who wants to read a really lovely and touching book and amazing love story witch is same time so terribly sad but still just so lovely and sweet.

My (I think many agrees with me in this) favourite character was Augustus. He was still thinking positive and laughing. He had accepted the rough fact that he couldn´t change and learned living with it and enjoying the little things he had. Relationship between Augustus and Hazel is really warm and love between them is so hard and that´s one thing witch makes the story so impressing and sad. Sad but still so beautiful.

The Lion King

The Lion King tells a story about lions living in the jungle. But it´s not as boring as it sounds. It tells about love. Love between two lions, between mother and son and above all, endless love between father and son.

The movie released in 1994. It is written by Irene Mecchi, Jonathan Roberts and LInda Woolvwerton. It is an animated musical adventure movie.

The Lion KIng is a famous Disney movie and I guess nearly everybody have seen it. I hadn´t seen it before last week I watched it. I wanted to take back the lost part of my childhood. It suprised me really positive. I didn´t think there could be anything special in that movie but my opinion has changed. Now I understand all that sensation it has made. It teaches about love and life philosophy. Story gives new ways to think and relate to things that happens. It gives an emotional experience. Sadness, happiness and love.

The story tells about a little lion called Simba whose father Mufasa is a big hero for that little lion. Mufasa always saves Simba every time Simba is in danger. But one day when there is no Mufasa anymore, when he accidentally dies Simba sees no reason to live in that place anymore and runs away. While his adventure he meets two guys called Timon and Pumba and realises big things about life and about his responsibilities.

There are two characters witch are absolutely my favourites: Timon and Pumba. They are just so sympathetic and I love their life philosophy. It´s something that everyone should assimilate. Their motto is ”Hakuna matata” witch means ”no worries”.  I like the way they just chill out and take it all easy.

Althought the movie is an animation and it is mainly made for children I think it´s not bad at all to watch it also older. There are things that people may not understand until they are more grown up. The best parts are those lovely well-known songs. I had heard nearly all of them before but I didn´t know that some of them are from that movie. The cutiest one is absolutely the song Can You Feel The Love and the funniest Hakuna Matata.

I think the language was easy to understand (one reason is of course that it´s made for little children). And it was also really easy to follow of course. I would recommend the movie for everyone, for whole family to watch together.

The purpose of the movie was maybe to do something witch evokes lot of emotions and still isn´t the hardiest thing to watch. And the main thing to do that all with a way children could watch.

The atmosphere was mainly really warm. And it evoked warm feelings. Unless the parts when someone died or something bad happend. But like in every Disney movie there was still happy ending and everybody were happy and so on. That´s the way every story should end. I think it also teaches important things, like people can´t hide from their responsibilities forever and the point that sometimes it is better just take it easy and say ”Hakuna matata”.
